1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Pressure mobile application and website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Pressure provides daily grappling-focused strength and conditioning programming, movement libraries, and supplemental training programs delivered through a mobile application and companion website. Content is designed for informational and educational purposes.
3. Accounts & Registration
You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Refund Policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@applypressure.app.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content provided through the Service without prior written consent. You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
7. Health & Fitness Disclaimer
The Service provides fitness programming for informational purposes only. Content is not intended as medical advice. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. You acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks and you participate at your own risk. Pressure is not liable for any injuries sustained while following the programming.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, designs, and software associated with the Service are the property of Pressure and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal, non-commercial use.
9. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting support. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Active subscriptions should be canceled before account deletion to avoid further charges.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pressure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
